This specific annex to our main Privacy Policy provides an additional informative context on the data processing we carry out through the ANF AC Campus, an advanced eLearning training service.

ANF Certification Authority (ANF AC), provides this service subject to the provisions of:

• The subsidized professional training of the State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE).
• Law 34/2002, of July 11, in regards to Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
  In accordance with article 10 of the LSSI.
• General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of natural persons
  with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of these data;
• Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

ANF AC, is registered in the State Register of Training Entities with code 5955, and is qualified to provide training not included in the catalog of training specialties.

The processing carried out through this service consist in the collection of the minimum data necessary for the management of students enrolled in a training module, the qualifications obtained, the days and hours in which they have participated in the study of the subject, their participation in Forums, their interchange with tutors and issuance of qualifications or training certifications.

Storage period
The storage period is the duration of the service provision contract, besides the period ANF AC requires to prove the correct fulfillment of its services.

Recipients
Except in the cases established in the main Privacy Policy, ANF AC does not transfer the data to third parties.
