You must provide one of the following documents:
1. Spanish nationality: Original and valid DNI or Passport.2. Foreigner:
- Foreign identity card (TIE)
- European Union Citizen Registration Certificate
- Family card of a citizen of the European Union
- Passport
NOTE: If the NIE is justified by a communication from the General Directorate of Police, it must be accompanied by the National Identity Document in the case of EU citizens, or a passport, both for EU citizens and non-community
Certificate request
To request your electronic certificate as a Natural Person, you must go to the Office of On-Site Verification (OVP) closest to your location. ANF Certification Authority has PVOs distributed throughout the national territory.
In that OVP you must provide the documentation and an Operator will accompany you in the process of requesting the certificate. You can only request certificates for yourself, it is not possible to request certificates for third parties due to the need for face-to-face identity verification.
Once the process is completed at the OVP, you will obtain your token with the request, which you must activate by following the instructions provided by the operator who made the request. After 24 hours, you will be able to download and start using your certificate.
Duration of 2 years, with the option to renew for another 2 years.
