QERDS of ANF Certification Authority, meets the requirements set out in Article 44 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market.

The communication channel used to deliver to the addressee's mailbox can be electronic mail (EMN) or other, as long as it guarantees the requirements established to be considered as an ERDS.

For sending and receiving messages, collecting evidence and evidentiary documents, users are provided with an ERD application / user agent which is available in two modalities:
